For next year, how about we have a mexican style day of the dead…
None of the ancestor worship which lurks in certain corners, but really really drive home Mometo Mori, and not in the sense of the Culture of death which aims to accelerate the process at any given opportunity. To truly value this life and its infinite value you have to recognise that it is going to end. We should have 1 day every year to remember our death.
Christians can then realise that they are in search of a happy death, knowing they have run the race to the last, knowing they are at peace with God.
Plus Gothing up and reading hamlet soliloquies is fun… is that just me… ok I’ll be quiet now.
